A Day of Prayer takes place at Shankill Methodist Church,
267 Shankill Road on Thursday 11th July from 10am - 4pm. This will be an opportunity to gather to pray for the Lord’s peace over this season and to press into the Father’s Heart for this land. God is doing a “new thing” and this is a precious time to come aside as His people to hear His voice and to allow His promise in 2 Chronicles 7:14 to be a reality in us: "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land”. There will be a short prayer and scripture reflection every hour with the rest of the time spent in quiet listening and prayer. Refreshments will be provided.
